About Dr Lafina Diamandis
Dr. Lafina Diamandis is the founder of DEIA Health Clinic, established to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and lifestyle medicine. She specialises in holistic health and wellbeing, integrating a patient-centred, evidence-based approach designed to optimise health and promote longevity. Dr. Diamandis studied at world-class institutions, completing her BSc in Anatomy and MBBS Medicine at King’s College London, a Dual Master’s in Brain & Mind Science at University College London, and an International Master’s Diploma in Neuroscience at the Sorbonne University, Paris. Following her GP qualification, she pursued further training in Lifestyle Medicine through the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and Yale University. Her experience includes both private and NHS practice, with organisations including BUPA, The Telegraph, Goldman Sachs, and a variety of GP clinics across London. She is a GMC-registered doctor with a full licence to practise and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. Through her unique DEIA Method, Dr. Diamandis takes a holistic, multi-faceted approach to care, identifying root causes, addressing the bigger picture, and empowering patients to make meaningful, sustainable changes. She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their body, mind, nature, and community, guiding them toward optimal health and wellbeing with strategies that deliver lifelong benefits.
