Er ist Facharzt für Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie mit den Zusatzbezeichnungen Spezielle Unfallchirurgie, Spezielle Orthopädische Chirurgie und Notfallmedizin. Zudem ist er zertifizierter Kniechirurg (DKG).
Als anerkannter Experte auf dem Gebiet der gesamten Endoprothetik von Knie- und Hüftgelenk. Sein medizinischer Schwerpunkt liegt im endoprothetischen Ersatz einschließlich Teilgelenkersatz, Individual-, Spezial- und Sonderprothesen sowie Wechselendoprothesen aller Schwierigkeitsgrade.
Er hat sowohl die Zusatzbezeichnung Spezielle Unfallchirurgie und Spezielle Orthopädische Chirurgie. Die langjährige Erfahrung in beiden Bereich ist die Grundlage das er sich besonders im Bereich der komplexen Primärendoprothetik und der Wechselendoprothetik einen überregionalen Ruf erarbeiten konnte.
Bevor er ab 2018 die Leitung des EPZmax übernahm war er als Oberarzt, später als Leitender Oberarzt an der BG Unfallklinik Frankfurt tätig.
Nach einer zwischenzeitlichen Tätigkeit als Ärztlicher Leiter einer Privatklinik sowie Chefarzt einer endoprothetischen Fachklinik kehrte er 2024 als Sektionsleiter Endoprothetik an die BG Unfallklinik Frankfurt zurück.
Neben seiner klinischen Tätigkeit engagiert sich Dr. Kremer wissenschaftlich und hat zahlreiche Publikationen, Buchbeiträge und weit über 100 Vorträge auf nationalen und internationalen Kongressen und Fortbildungen verfasst.
Dr. Kremer ist in mehreren Fachgesellschaften aktiv, darunter:
