Dr. Khaled Mabruk Faraj is a distinguished Senior Consultant Orthopaedic and Spine Surgeon with over 29 years of experience in treating complex orthopaedic and spine conditions. Dr. Khaled earned his M.B.B.CH from the University of Tripoli in Libya, his MD & FRCS (Canada) from the University of Toronto, and completed his Orthopaedic Residency Training Program at the same institution. He also holds a Fellowship Certificate in Spine, Trauma, and Arthroplasty Surgery from the Sunnybrook & W. College Health Science Center in Toronto, Canada.

He is particularly interested in Arthroplasty Foot and Ankle Trauma, Upper Extremity, Pelvic Reconstruction, Arthroscopic Surgery, and Spine Courses, Sports Medicine, and Reconstructions.
Dr. Khaled has worked across Canada, Qatar, and the UAE and has won several awards for teaching throughout his career. He was awarded the Best Teacher Award in Orthopaedic and Spine Surgery for five years at the Hamad Medical Corporation in Doha, Qatar. Dr. Khaled has a deep interest in research and has recently co-authored a publication on “The Consequences and Predictors of Low Back Pain Among Nurses in a Tertiary Care Setting”. His areas of expertise include Arthroplasty and Revisions, Major Trauma, Deformity, and Reconstructive Spine Surgery including MISS, ADR, Orthopaedic and Spine Tumours, and Paediatric Orthopaedic and Reconstructive Surgery, among others.
