Dr Kellie Jones

Dr Kellie Jones first graduated with honours in Dental Hygiene and Therapy and worked as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist before going on to graduate with honours in Dentistry at Peninsula Dental School. On returning home she completed her Vocational training in North West London, where she was awarded the prestigious first prize for her foundation year case presentation. Following this she undertook a year of Dental Core Training in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Medicine departments at Luton & Dunstable Hospital and completed postgraduate examinations to become a member of the Royal College of Surgeon's membership of the Joint Dental Faculties, before starting at TLC Dental. In keeping with the philosophy of TLC, Dr Kellie is also a Dental Phobia Certified Dentist and enjoys being able to help anxious patients have a more comfortable dental experience. Dr Kellie is also an active member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT). As such, she is one of only a few Dentists in the UK that is Safe Mercury Amalgam Removal Technique (SMART) Certified, and able to offer the SMART technique for silver amalgam filling removal. Dr Kellie is committed to continued professional training and regularly attends professional development seminars and training events. She has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and prides herself on minimally invasive dentistry with excellent aesthetic results, which led her to complete a Certificate in Advanced Restorative Dentistry and a PG Diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry in which she won the award of Restorative dentist of the year 2022. Dr Kellie is also a finalist in the Young Aesthetic Dentist category for the Clinical Dentistry Awards 2023. To provide more cosmetic treatment options, Dr Kellie is also a certified practitioner of the Invisalign Aligner system since 2016 and has a keen interest in facial aesthetics in which she has Save Face accreditation. Currently, she is studying for a PG Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy to enable her to take on more complex Invisalign cases.
