In addition to her core rotations in various physiotherapy areas, Karolina developed expertise in treating musculoskeletal problems such as back pain, sprain injuries, and tendonitis. As a dancer, she has a particular interest in working with dancers and other performing artists.
Post-pandemic, Karolina volunteered in a paediatric rehabilitation ward at one of Budapest’s top children's hospitals, where she encountered a diverse range of cases, from motor development delays and rare genetic diseases to traumatic injuries, oncological cases, and psychological disorders.
After earning her physiotherapy degree, Karolina was awarded a full scholarship to study MSc Infancy and Early Childhood Development at University College London. There, she further specialised in paediatrics, learning about child development and health support at the Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health. She also researched postpartum physical activity and its effects on mothers' health, gaining insights into birth, the postnatal period, and rehabilitative exercise. Additionally, she studied evidence-based physiotherapy of the pelvic floor.
Karolina is an Infant Massage Instructor, a dancer, and a passionate advocate for the health and well-being of babies and their mothers. She is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist and a member of the CSP and APCP.
