Mr. Sinnott is a recognised leader and educator in his field, holding a Level 6 qualification in Leadership and Management from the CMI and a Level 3 qualification in coaching. His experience as a Medical Officer in the Royal Naval Reserves has enriched his roles within the NHS and private practice. He co-chairs the Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Team at the Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and serves as the Education Lead for ENT at the Great Western Hospital, which was rated the UK’s best ENT department for trainee support and wellbeing in 2023. He is also involved in teaching local GPs and junior doctors and serves as a coach for the NHS South West Leadership Academy.
Dedicated to ongoing improvement and innovation, Mr. Sinnott was awarded an international gold medal for research into thyroid malignancy in 2016 and completed the British Rhinology Society Advanced Training Programme in 2022.
