Dr Irene Nictas-Pintar utilises a gentle structural and holistic approach to osteopathic care. A range of techniques are used to create a treatment plan tailored to the individual patient and the reason for their visit. Patients are guided to return to optimal health with advice on how to prevent their symptoms from recurring. This may include lifestyle advice, information on postural care, exercise prescription, work ergonomics advice, nutritional and stress management. Dr Nictas-Pintar has also undertaken further training to enhance techniques for treating and managing the needs of women during and post-pregnancy, and the changes their bodies experience during this time in preparation for birth. This gentle approach is also extended to newborns, babies and young children.
