He was awarded accreditation in minimal access surgeries from RCOG, BSCCP Accreditation in 2007, and FRCOG in 2016.

Since relocating to the UAE with his family in 2008, Dr. Ibrahim has continued his practice at top medical institutions and has been deeply involved in medical education as an Assistant Professor at Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU), and as a training coordinator in Obstetrics and Gynecology for MBRU students at Mediclinic Middle East.

Dr. Ibrahim's expertise spans advanced laparoscopic procedures, including surgeries for fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as urogynecological procedures such as pelvic floor repair. His work in hysteroscopic procedures addresses conditions like heavy menstrual bleeding and removal of polyps or fibroids. He has recognised expertise in colposcopy and LLETZ biopsy for the management of premalignant cervical abnormalities.
