Gina Haynes is a South African-trained physiotherapist and APPI Pilates instructor who relocated to London in 2018. As a sensitive and hypermobile person herself, Gina has a deep personal understanding of the challenges movement can present. This insight informs her empathetic approach, with the goal of improving quality of life and helping people gain greater control over their bodies so they can function at their best.
