About
As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), she is proficient in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and complete decongestive therapy, which involves compression therapy, MLD, exercises, and skin care. She has extensive experience working with patients of all ages, from children to adults, in private clinics across Europe and the Middle East. Ms Roca is particularly passionate about myofascial realese, craneal and visceral therapy, women's health and has experience treating pregnant women and those undergoing fertility treatment.
In addition to her physiotherapy qualifications, Ms Roca has also studied as a Master of Nutritionist, Obesity, and Culinary Techniques, further expanding her knowledge and expertise in healthcare. With her broad range of skills and experience, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for musculoskeletal injuries and supporting women's health throughout their journey, from pregnancy to fertility treatment.
