Dr Fatin Khidhir is a well experienced Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based in Dubai at Mediclinic Welcare Hospital and Mediclinic Dubai Mall. She completed her medical degree at Baghdad University, Iraq in 1984, followed by her DGO from Al Mustansiriya University, Iraq in 1991. In the same year, she became certified by the Arab Board of Medical Specialisations, Syria, in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr Khidhir became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, UK, in 2005 and is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Throughout her 30 year career, Dr Khidhir has practiced medicine in various countries, including the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, and Iraq. She served in government hospitals until 2010 when she joined Mediclinic Parkview Hospital.
In obstetrics, Dr Khidhir provides meticulous antenatal care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, including multiple pregnancies. She is proficient in managing all types of deliveries, from normal vaginal deliveries to instrumental deliveries and Caesarean sections.
