Farrah Tayob is a fully accredited humanistic and integrative psychotherapist (IACP) who works with children, adolescents, and adults in both in-person and online settings. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach tailoring each therapeutic journey to the unique needs of the individual. Farrah believes in co-creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can explore their challenges and develop the tools to bring about meaningful change in their lives.
Farrah draws on a rich and varied toolkit of therapeutic approaches to support her clients, combining elements of Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with more creative and holistic methods such as Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. She also incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy, Inner Child work, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems where appropriate. This style allows her to adapt the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each individual, creating a personalised experience that supports healing, growth, and meaningful change.
She holds a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Higher Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychology. Farrah is currently completing her Master’s in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Farrah is particularly passionate about supporting clients with self-esteem, values systems, and multicultural or intercultural concerns, always guided by empathy, collaboration, and empowerment.
