Dr Faisal Riaz Khan is a dedicated Consultant in Interventional Cardiology. He is committed to providing comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of heart conditions. Dr Riaz Khan focuses on utilising advanced techniques to perform coronary and structural interventions, ensuring his patients receive modern and effective treatments for complex cardiac issues.
Dr Riaz Khan obtained his medical degree from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2007, where he was awarded a first-class intercalated degree. He pursued further specialisation by undertaking cardiovascular research at King's College London, supported by the British Heart Foundation. His commitment to excellence led him to complete a prestigious fellowship in structural intervention in Bern, Switzerland, with the British Cardiac Society.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Riaz Khan is actively involved in medical education and training. He has served as an associate tutor for the Royal College of Physicians, contributing to the development of future doctors. His dedication to advancing the field is also demonstrated through his involvement in designing and delivering simulation training for medical professionals, helping to enhance their practical skills in a controlled environment.
