For over 20 years, I’ve supported people like you to heal, grow, and rediscover your strength.
I have walked the path of healing, weaving together the insights of psychotherapy with the wisdom of Body, Breath, and Spirit. My work is integrative, grounded in Psychodynamic and Humanistic approaches, enriched by Somatic Experiencing, Reichian bodywork, Family Constellations, and Bioenergetics. It has also grown beyond the clinical, into a sacred space where esoteric spiritual teachings, crystals, and energy healing meet.
When we work together, I listen not only to your words but also to the quiet language of the body, the chakras, the aura, and the ancestral memory carried in your cells. Trauma can be released, unhealthy patterns transformed, and a deeper freedom reached.
I work with the wide range of emotional and relational challenges shown below, with a special focus on grief and loss, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles; those exploring sexuality, confidence, or identity; those carrying wounds of violence or abuse; and those seeking ancestral or womb twin healing.
