Prof. Dr. med. Elmar Armin Joura ist Facharzt für Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe.
Sein Studium der Medizin absolvierte er an der Universität Graz. Nach seiner Promotion im Jahr 1987 war er am Institut für Pathologische Anatomie in Graz tätig. Es folgten die Turnusausbildung in der Steiermark sowie die Facharztausbildung an der 2. Wiener Frauenklinik. Prof. Dr. med. Joura war Vorstandsmitglied der International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease (ISSVD) und ist im Vorstand der Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Kolposkopie.
Prof. Dr. med. Joura ist ein erfahrener Spezialist für Frauenheilkunde und Geburtshilfe und verfügt über umfassende Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen der gynäkologischen Versorgung.
