About Dr William Orr
Dr Orr is a specialist in all forms of adult heart disease. They have particular expertise in treating coronary artery disease. Dr Orr qualified from the Royal London Hospital Medical College. Their cardiology training took place in Reading and Oxford. Dr Orr was awarded a British Heart Foundation Junior Research Fellowship at the University of Oxford's Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Their research investigated atrial arrhythmias following cardiac surgery and the role of special pacing techniques in their prevention. Dr Orr also undertook an Interventional Fellowship at Green Lane Hospital's Department of Cardiology in Auckland, New Zealand.
