About Dr Kenneth Dawson
I have been a consultant neurologist since 1995, initially in Bath and since 2003 in South East Wales and have a substantive NHS contract. I see my private patients at St Joseph's Hospital. As well as providing a general neurology service, including acute neurology for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, I carry out regional clinics for dystonia in Cardiff and lead the multidisciplinary Motor neurone disease clinics locally. I am co-Director of the South Wales Motor Neurone Disease Care Network. I also have a clinical interest in the management of headache, including injection therapy with botulinum toxin, occipital nerve blocks and novel CGRP antagonist therapies. I see individuals with a wide range of presenting neurological symptoms.
