Dr. Bramham has many national positions within the field of nephrology, including Co-Lead for the UK Rare Renal Diseases Registry, academic lead for the UK Renal Disease in Pregnancy group, Chair of the UK Kidney Week program committee, and member of the International Society of Nephrology. She is widely published in original manuscripts and book chapters on various topics related to kidney health and is a much sought-after speaker on these topics internationally.
Her areas of specialty include post-operative acute kidney injury care, optimisation of chronic kidney disease treatment plans for dialysis patients requiring long-term treatment. Particular interests pre-pregnancy and antenatal care, mental health issues faced by kidney patients, and African ancestry renal diseases.
