About Dr Jonathan Beckett
Dr Jonathan Beckett is a Consultant Psychiatrist. They specialise in general adult psychiatry and addiction. Dr Beckett has expertise in managing a broad range of mental health problems. They are interested in the use of CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Psychotherapy to treat conditions. Dr Beckett is undertaking a postgraduate qualification in Human Givens Psychotherapy, in which they have a particular interest. Dr Beckett gained their medical qualification from St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College, London in 1995. They went on to gain membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1999 and attained accreditation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in 2004.
