Mr. Long received his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Yeditepe University in 2017, and continued his studies in Osteopathic Medicine at Osteopathie Schule Deutschland. He is a constant learner and has completed several certification programs in different areas of physical therapy including ACL Rehabilitation, IASTM, SEAS Scoliosis Method, Alexander-Technique, YNSA Acupuncture, Chronic Myofascial Pain and sensitized Segmentation, Functional Movement Screen, Sports Injury, Olympic Weight Lifting, Fascial Manipulation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Osteopathic HVLA Manipulation, Cervical Specialization, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Visceral Osteopathy. With this knowledge, he is able to create personalized treatment plans for each of his clients.
As an expert in various martial arts, Mr. Long is able to combine his passion for martial arts with his expertise in physical therapy to help his clients achieve their fitness goals. He has been an active martial arts instructor for several years and has taught classes for beginners to advanced level students, allowing him to provide scalability to his clients.
Currently, Mr. Long holds the position of sports therapist at Optimal Spine & Sport Dimensions in Chiswick, where he incorporates his knowledge of physical therapy, martial arts, and strength training to help his clients achieve optimal health and fitness. He is committed to providing exceptional care to his clients and is passionate about giving back to the community. Mr. Long regularly volunteers his time and expertise to charitable organizations, teaching free self-help workshops in the local areas and fitness facilities.
