To further refine his expertise, he underwent advanced training in orbital, lacrimal, eyelid reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Bristol Eye Hospital, and as a visiting fellow at the Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne.
In Milan, Mr Lorenzano established the first oculoplastic and orbital service at the Eye Hospital and served at the National Cancer Institute for several years. He has actively participated in research trials as an investigator and is dedicated to education, providing training to surgeons and junior doctors in the safe practices of eyelid and orbital surgery.
