About Ms Dafni Serdari
Ms Dafni Serdari is a certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner. Her practice is deeply informed by her personal journey of overcoming anxiety, bulimia, and the intense pressures of a high-stress corporate career. Having worked in demanding roles at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan, Dafni experienced the impact of chronic stress and emotional overwhelm on mental and physical well-being. Her determination to find lasting relief led her to explore a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, talk therapy, yoga, meditation, and energy healing. It was through this journey that she discovered the transformative power of EFT, which ultimately became a cornerstone of her healing. Dafni's experiences have given her a unique empathy and intuitive understanding of the challenges her clients face. Her approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their emotions at their own pace. She skillfully balances the exploration of deeper trauma with the need for pauses, ensuring that each individual feels secure and confident as they navigate their healing journey. Now dedicated to helping others, Dafni works with clients to transform their relationships with anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm, guiding them toward lasting relief and a renewed sense of empowerment. She is also further advancing her skills by pursuing the Golden Standard EFT Tapping Certification and the Optimal EFT Certification under Gary Craig, the founder of EFT. Through her compassionate and expert approach, Dafni empowers her clients to rediscover balance and well-being in their lives.
