About Mr Carter Bailey
Carter Bailey is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a commitment to enhancing the health, wellbeing, and quality of life for people of all ages and backgrounds. His approach focuses on safe, effective, and personalised exercise programs that cater to each individual’s unique needs and goals. An active lifestyle from a young age ignited Carter's passion for fitness, leading him to pursue a career in health and fitness. He earned his Exercise Physiology degree from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, where he gained a strong foundation in rehabilitative exercise. Carter then spent three years working for a private company, specialising in providing rehabilitative support for individuals with neurological disabilities and musculoskeletal disorders. In this role, he helped clients achieve diverse goals, from regaining independence to enhancing athletic performance. In 2023, Carter relocated to London and expanded his skill set by becoming qualified in Dynamic Reformer Pilates. This addition to his expertise has allowed him to incorporate pilates into his practice, aiding clients in relieving pain, restoring function, and preventing future injuries. Carter particularly enjoys working with older clients, helping them reduce cardiovascular risk, optimise bone health, and support healthy ageing. His holistic and client-centred approach makes him a valuable asset for those seeking improved fitness and lifelong health benefits.
