About Dr Brendan Litton
Dr Brendan Litton is a Radiologist. Before pursuing medicine, Dr Litton obtained a first-class honours degree in Pure Mathematics. Dr Litton pursued their medical education at The University of Sydney and was appointed as an ED/ICU Registrar. They undertook radiology training at Westmead Hospital and the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Queensland. Dr Litton has a strong interest in medical education, providing training to both medical students and hospital trainees in medicine, ICU and emergency, in addition to creating and supervising a radiology residency. Dr Litton's radiological interests include oncology imaging. They run the lung, upper gastrointestinal and lower gastrointestinal cancer MDTs. Their expertise also includes body intervention, providing port-a-cath, vascath, and other vascular access procedures. They also perform nephrostomy/ureteric stenting, percutaneous gastrostomy, drainage, biopsy, and spinal/peripheral pain interventions. Additionally, Dr Litton's areas of interest include women's imaging, including ultrasound, sonohysterography, pelvic MRI, and HSG/recanalisation procedures for fertility investigation.
