About
Dr Bhatia completed his medical degree at the University of Bristol in 2000, alongside his Bachelor’s degree. He later received training in CBT for insomnia, lifestyle medicine, massage, and yoga. His expertise and dedication to a holistic approach to healthcare have made him a respected figure in the field, allowing him to contribute to the advancement of holistic medicine in the UK.
Alongside his work at Sulis Hospital, Dr Bhatia is an Advisor to the British Holistic Medical Association and teaches at Bristol Medical School where he shares his expertise in holistic approaches to healthcare. Dr Bhatia is also a Trainer through the organisation Humble where he trains doctors in the importance of a holistic approach in healthcare and habit change.
Dr Bhatia has specialist interests in medicine, sleep support, mindset and habit change and is passionate about empowering individuals to transform their lives and thrive. His areas of focus include providing insomnia/sleep support as well as holistic health and lifestyle optimisation.
