With over 20 years of international clinical experience across South Africa, Africa and the UAE, Asha Dullabh brings a value-driven, human-first approach to mental health. Her work is grounded in authenticity, awareness, compassion, and transformation. She believes in creating safe, connected therapeutic spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward clarity and change.
Asha’s therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, ACT, and mindfulness, with creative, somatic, and narrative techniques. She uses a trauma-informed lens and adapts each session to the individual, couple, family or group. Whether in individual therapy or in group work, she emphasizes curiosity over judgment, presence over performance, and process over perfection.
Holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Cum Laude), Asha has developed signature models such as re-MIND, ACE Intelligence, AWE Intelligence, and Relation-SHIP. Her work weaves together neuropsychology, emotional resilience, narrative reframing, and system theory. She is particularly interested in how storytelling, novelty, and identity transformation contribute to long-term sustainable well-being and emotional fitness.
Asha is the founder of the Well At Life, (Well@), an Integrative Health and Lifestyle brand and the visionary behind the Well@HoHo (Hop On Hop Off) series, a holistic wellness model that brings curated online and in-person mental health workshop experiences to schools, corporates, and healthcare settings across regions. Her unique and engaging delivery has made her a sought-after speaker, trainer, and facilitator. She has also been a regular voice on television and in public mental health education campaigns, known for making complex insights accessible and actionable.
At Hakkini, Asha offers one-on-one therapy, couple and family therapy, trauma recovery, and integrative group programs. She also runs bespoke workshops on topics such as boundaries, burnout, emotional intelligence, relational patterns, and self-leadership. Sessions are available online and in person, designed to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and teams seeking personal growth or emotional recalibration.
