Annemarie Spencer is a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach specialising in post-menopausal women’s health, supporting women to regain energy and strength through practical, sustainable nutrition that supports long-term wellbeing.
Drawing on both evidence-based nutritional therapy and her own lived experience post-menopause, Annemarie understands the challenges many women face during midlife, particularly when they are already making an effort to eat well and stay active, yet still feel tired, uncertain or frustrated by conflicting advice.
Her approach is calm, realistic, and science-informed, focusing on small, sustainable changes that fit alongside work, family life, and other responsibilities. Rather than extreme diets or short-term fixes, Annemarie helps women improve energy levels, strength, nourishment and overall health in a way that can be maintained long after menopause.
Annemarie works with women online through one-to-one consultations and small group programmes, offering clear guidance and steady support to help clients feel more confident in their health and better equipped to age well.
Annemarie offers 6 to 12-week online 1:1 and small group programmes, with a free 30-minute Way Forward Call to help you decide what support feels right for you.
