About
Anna's commitment to workplace wellbeing is evident through her involvement in designing and implementing award-winning employee wellbeing initiatives. She has a keen interest in psychological safety and practices that are trauma-informed as well as has emotional issues such as anger, anxiety, bereavement and loss, bullying, depression, emotional abuse, low self-esteem, panic attacks, relationship problems, sexual abuse, stress, and trauma.
In her therapy work, Anna helps clients clarify their needs and desires and explores ways to fulfil them. She also assists individuals in understanding and managing overwhelming negative thoughts and alleviating feelings of pressure. Anna operates under the ethical framework for good practice and professional conduct established by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). To ensure the highest quality of care, she regularly participates in clinical supervision with a UKCP registered supervisor as part of her ongoing professional development.
