Physiotherapy
About
Driven by her passion for sports, Amy went on to earn a Master's degree in Sports Science and Physiotherapy from Brunel University. She has gained valuable experience working for the NHS, specialising in acute medical/surgical, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopaedic conditions. Additionally, she enjoys treating and training clients at her local health and fitness club.
Amy's clinical focus revolves around musculoskeletal conditions and she has a particular interest in optimising health, performance, and aesthetics. To deepen her understanding of resistance training and nutrition, she ventured into bodybuilding. Today, Amy is an established professional bodybuilder in the IFBB professional league. She balances her physiotherapy practice with her dedication to bodybuilding, aiming to compete at the prestigious Mr. Olympia competition.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Amy is dedicated to training and competing, pursuing her goal of excelling in the bodybuilding world.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
