Physiotherapy
About
Alice enjoys treating individuals with a variety of injuries, including lower back pain, postoperative rehabilitation, and common sporting injuries observed in activities such as netball, tennis, and running. Additionally, Alice has a special focus on women's health concerns, addressing issues like pregnancy or postnatal low back pain, hip or pelvic pain, pelvic floor concerns, and diastasis recti (abdominal separation) rehabilitation postnatally.
Alice's early involvement in gymnastics competitions and high-level dance studies, both incorporating Pilates for performance improvement and injury prevention, influenced her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Pilates-based rehabilitation. Driven by this passion, Alice pursued Pilates studies alongside her physiotherapy degree while at university. Presently, she offers both mat and reformer-based Pilates rehabilitation in conjunction with physiotherapy.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
