About Mr Alexei Roszkowiak
Alexei Roszkowiak is a Physiotherapist with over two decades of clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and orthopaedic care. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of East London and is registered with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and the State Register of Physiotherapists (SRP). Alexei began his career in orthopaedics, working extensively in pre- and post-operative rehabilitation at a specialist orthopaedic hospital in Hampshire. His early work focused on recovery and return-to-sport programmes, supporting both semi-professional and professional athletes. In recent years, his practice has concentrated on the assessment and management of low back pain, with a particular emphasis on evidence-based rehabilitation and spinal biomechanics. He works closely with leading spinal specialists in London and continues advanced study under one of the world’s foremost spinal biomechanists. Alexei's professional interests include the management of low back disorders, hip and knee injuries, sporting shoulder rehabilitation, and injury prevention for gym users and athletes. He has completed numerous postgraduate courses in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation and contributed to published research on lower limb tendon injury management and treatment strategies.
