Dr Nagla is committed to peer development and has been an examiner for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP). Their commitment to best practice in Palliative Care was recognised by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) in 2021, where they were the recipient of the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (AChPM) Best Trainee Research Project Award.
