Dr Adel Quttainah is an expert in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with board certifications from both the American and Canadian Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Quttainah competed his medical degree in Cork, Ireland in 1993. Following his initial medical training, he completed his plastic surgery residency at McMaster University Ontario, Canada. In 2002, he then went on to undertake a fellowship in microsurgery and breast reconstruction at the University of Toronto, followed by another fellowship in cosmetic surgery from Hospital Woodbridge in Ontario, Canada. His extensive experience makes him one of the most renowned surgeons in the UAE.
Dr. Quttainah has led a highly successful career to date including lead doctor of the Plastic Surgery Department of SAAD Hospital in Al Khobar after joining this hospital in 2003. He later returned to his home country of Kuwait and launched the very first private aesthetic surgery clinics in the area; it was during this time that he gained significant recognition for his unique methods in cosmetic medicine and surgery disciplines, of which have been adopted internationally.
With over 20 years of experience as a plastic surgeon and having worked alongside some of the world's leading plastic surgeons including, Dr. Quttainah is now the founder of his own 'beauty empire' with Quttainah Specialized Hospital being a leader in the aesthetic and cosmetic medicine field.
