He is also one of the few specialists who perform advanced procedures such as ERCP (a technique for treating bile duct and pancreatic disorders), stent placements, feeding tube procedures, and the removal of large or complex polyps (endoscopic mucosal resection).
Dr. Prakash is a JAG-accredited trainer in general endoscopy and is currently the only JAG-accredited trainer for ERCP in Milton Keynes, helping to train and mentor the next generation of specialists. He is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Buckingham Medical School and actively contributes to medical research, including national studies on early pancreatic and upper GI cancer detection.
