It includes an initial at-home blood test and a doctor consultation that can be conducted from the comfort of one's own home or workplace. Once the at-home blood test is completed and returned, individuals receive a detailed report via their "My Harmon Health Portal" on their smart device within days. They are then invited to book an in-depth video or audio consultation with one of Harmon's specialist doctors at a time that suits them.
As a Harmon member, individuals receive monthly personalised hormone medications delivered to their door, along with regular doctor follow-ups and at-home blood testing. This comprehensive approach ensures that individuals receive ongoing support and monitoring throughout their self-care journey.
