Bishopsgate Dental Care is an award winning dental practice located in central London. The practice's experienced clinic staff help patients to enjoy healthy teeth and gums by preventing and treating dental problems with tailor-made treatment plans.
At the first visit it is important that the patient asks as many questions as they wish, so as to be able to make an informed decision and to be in complete control of their treatment.
The clinic's staff will do everything they can to make patients feel at ease in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment. Patients will be greeted by friendly front of house staff, who will ask patients to fill in a detailed medical history form and talk through any concerns.
In the dental chair, a thorough dental examination will be carried out, which includes screening for oral cancer, and a careful check of the lips, cheeks, tongue, and the roof and floor of the mouth. The check-up will also include x-rays and a detailed examination of the teeth. Afterwards, the x-rays will be examined and any findings discussed with the patient. Only then can a detailed discussion take place about treatment options.
All treatment plans are tailor-made specifically for the patient, usually on the same day as the initial examination or at a later appointment.

Bishopsgate Dental Care believes that visiting the hygienist is the single most important way to ensure that patients have healthy teeth and gums, and so patients will be invited to meet the friendly, skilled hygienists during their initial appointment.
All dental staff are registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and adhere to the guidelines set by the council.
