Darüber hinaus bietet Aktiv gegen Gewalt e.V. Supervision für Einzelpersonen und Teams an, die beruflich mit Gewalt konfrontiert sind. Dies soll dazu beitragen, einen professionellen Umgang mit Gewaltstraftätern zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig die Entstehung von Gegenübertragung und Spaltung im Team zu vermeiden.
Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch Fortbildungen für verschiedene Berufsgruppen zum Thema Gewalt. Hierbei werden die Entstehung, die Erscheinungsformen sowie der Umgang mit den unterschiedlichen Formen von Gewalt beleuchtet.
